Subsidy for International Conferences
By subsidizing the costs of holding international conferences in Nagoya, this program is aimed at attracting international conferences and contributing to promotion of the local economy, industry, academia, culture, and international exchange.
Main requirements
- At least 300 participants in total at the venue, including at least 50 participants from overseas countries
- At least 3 participating countries (including Japan)
- At least 3 conference days

Up to 10 million yen
* Up to 10% of eligible expenses

By the end of April of the fiscal year before the conference is held

- To receive the subsidies described above, an application needs to be submitted by an organizer or company in Japan .
