One of Nagoya's premier summer festivals
The Hirokoji Summer Festival takes place in downtown Nagoya and hosts a myriad of events with a parade featuring a marching band, baton twirling brigade, and even a PR group for festivals in the Tohoku region. And don't miss the music/dance events in front of Mitsukoshi, Maruei Galleria, Asahi Jinja Shrine, and at the intersection with Gofuku Town!
The area in front of the NTT Data Building, Electricity Museum, and Hirokoji Building as well as all of the sidewalks are bustling with performances, so come on out to the Hirokoji area of Nagoya this summer!
