Masterpieces from Tokyo Fuji Art Museum 400 Years of Western Paintings
Through 83 carefully selected paintings from the Western painting collection of the Tokyo Fuji Art Museum, which opened in Hachioji in 1983, we look back on the history of Western painting over 400 years from the Renaissance to the present.
Not only will you be captivated by the masterpieces of stellar masters, but you will also be able to appreciate the essence of painting, which has changed over the years from a means of conveying ideas and thoughts to paintings that celebrate the joy of color and form, as if it were an art textbook.
