A stunning collaboration of beauty and power
The five parade floats from nearby Tsutsui and Deki Towns in Higashi Ward come together at the Tokugawaen Garden's plaza outside Tokugawa Art Museum in a stunning, collaborative display of master craftsmanship and spirit. Watch in awe the breathtaking floats as they change directions thanks to the brute strength of the men at the helm as well as ornate karakuri mechanized doll performances.
