over a cup of tea
In celebration of the mid-autumn moon's beauty, a tea ceremony is held from the evening at Shirotori Garden, letting you enjoy the incredible lunar luminescence. With the event taking place during the evening, the garden's hours are lengthened into the night.
Moon Gazing Tea Ceremony
Seiu-tei Teahouse was constructed to offer a view of the mid-autumn moon, and during this event, it does just that. The teahouse acts as the venue for moon gazing tea ceremonies, showcasing the moon's remarkable beauty.

Shirotori Garden
- Enjoy a leisurely stroll in a traditional Japanese garden. In the center of the garden is a pond that replicates the Kiso River, originating from the Kiso-Ontakesan flowing into the large sea of Ise Bay. A Japanese tea ceremony house Seiutei is available in the garden to try green tea with Japanese confectionery.
