The restaurant founded by Hiroshi Yokoi, who first created ankake spaghetti.
The distinguishing features of this dish are the rich and slightly spicy Yokoi original sauce—which is made with boiled vegetables and meat and matured over 10 days—and the incredibly thick 2.2 mm noodles!
There are three branches in Nagoya: Nishiki, KITTE Nagoya, and the main branch in Sumiyoshi.
The restaurants also sell many Yokoi brand souvenirs.
