Chao's ankake sauce offers a gentle spiciness that even children can enjoy. You can choose from three sizes: Jumbo, Regular, and Snack.

Founded in 1979, the shop "Spaghetti House Chao" at Nagoya Station is always bustling with a queue.
Chao's original sauce is made by simmering plenty of vegetables and beef for about two weeks to create a proud masterpiece. The 2.2mm thick spaghetti is chewy and pairs perfectly with the sauce known as "ankake."
