Kanie-cho, where Wakana makes pickles, is located in the western suburbs of Nagoya, on the Rich Nobi Plain, a village blessed with nature's abundance. It is also the home of Japan's "God of pickles." Above all, it is the birthplace of Wakana, a land blessed with all the necessary conditions for pickle-making. We continue to strive to produce tsukemono with immense pride.
