We are incredibly meticulous about both our ingredients and our manufacturing methods. As a result, we have perfected a soft and chewy texture that rivals hand-made noodles, even in the case of dried or semi-raw noodles. Our commitment remains unwavering as we continue to share Nagoya's renowned kishimen with as many people as possible, passing down its legacy to future generations.
