Yamatoya Moriguchizuke Souhonke Main Branch
We sell Moriguchi pickles, a specialty of Nagoya. Moriguchi-zuke and Nara-zuke are pickled by craftsmen who have inherited traditional techniques, resulting in a mellow and sweet taste. Moriguchizuke, which takes three years to ferment and develop its distinctive amber color, is perfect as a gift. Currently, we operate three stores in Nagoya, as well as additional locations in department stores and shops in Tokyo.
