Tofu Restaurant Ajisho Kusumura
A long-established tofu specialty store has been in business for over 100 years since its founding in 1914. We are particular about using domestic soybeans and water, and we offer not only tofu but also sweets, side dishes, and lunch boxes. At the kaiseki restaurant next to the main factory, you can always enjoy freshly made tofu and authentic Japanese kaiseki prepared by the chef.
