JR Nagoya Takashimaya Department Store

This department store opened in 2000 as the core facility of JR Central Towers with the store concept of City and Forest. Next door, Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall opened in 2017 as the main tenant of JR Gate Tower, and is home to over 170 shops. The food section in the basement of the department store has a wide variety of brands, including those exclusive to the Tokai region, making it the perfect place to buy up souvenirs.
