Aichi Prefectural Ceramics Museum
Surrounded by greenery on a hillside next to the Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park, the Nagoya Prefectural Ceramics Museum is one of the most prominent ceramics museums in the world. Exhibits are held in the main building, south building, and west building. At the ceramics craft studio, even beginners can try their hand at making ceramics, and at Tea House Tosui-an, you can participate in a tea ceremony using tea bowls made by local artists. The buildings surround an open lawn, and there is even a restaurant, making this cultural facility a place children and adults alike can enjoy all day long.
